SnapDeskPro provides a platform to capture photos and videos on a mobile device and transfer them wirelessly to a desktop browser session in real time. Captures are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
You are solely responsible for the content you capture and transfer using SnapDeskPro. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. You must not upload content that infringes on any third-party rights.
SnapDeskPro offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
All content, branding, and software associated with SnapDeskPro remain the intellectual property of SnapDeskPro and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
SnapDeskPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
